Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga

Every part of our being is divine—the body, the mind, the energy that enlivens us. We practice hatha yoga to recognize that a divine light shines within us.

At the same time, we receive many physical benefits from hatha yoga. Our bodies become stronger and more flexible, allowing the muscles to relax. As our body gets more supple, we can sit comfortably and easily for longer periods of meditation.

Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga Series

 A Six-week Series
Thursdays, January 11 - February 15, 2018
6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
This series of classes focuses on balance and stability.  Participants will explore strengthening their legs with standing and balance poses to create a physical structure that is strong and stable for daily life.


  • Series of 6 classes: $60
  • Pre-registration is required for an entire six week series. Please register early.


Additional information

  • Dress: Comfortable exercise clothes (long pants and shirts with sleeves)
  • Props including yoga mats are available. You are also welcome to bring your own.
