Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga

Every part of our being is divine—the body, the mind, the energy that enlivens us. We practice hatha yoga to recognize that a divine light shines within us.

At the same time, we receive many physical benefits from hatha yoga. Our bodies become stronger and more flexible, allowing the muscles to relax. As our body gets more supple, we can sit comfortably and easily for longer periods of meditation.

Hatha Yoga Series

A Series of Four Weekly Hatha Yoga Classes
Thursday, June 7 - Thursday, June 28
6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.

This series of classes taught by Siddha Yoga hatha yoga teacher, ClaireMarie Holman, focuses on strengthening the back muscles for better posture. All poses are basic hatha yoga postures taught at a slow pace. Props will be provided to support gentle and easeful movement.

Fees

  • Series of 6 classes: $40
  • Pre-registration is required for an entire four week series. Please register early.

  • Dress: Comfortable exercise clothes (long pants and shirts with sleeves)
  • Props including yoga mats are available. You are also welcome to bring your own.
