2018 Meditation Sessions
via Live Audio Stream
This series of seven new Siddha Yoga meditation sessions will be live audio streamed via the Siddha Yoga path website, and each will give you a new way to explore Gurumayi's Message for 2018—Satsang—in your practice of meditation.
In her Message talk, Gurumayi invited us to create our own satsang, cultivating our connection with the divine Truth within our own being. In this year's meditation sessions, you will learn various means to prepare for meditation and to guide your mind's focus—strengthening your ability to make your practice of meditation a form of satsang.
This year's series has a new format to make it even easier for you to engage with these sessions as many times as you wish. The teaching foundation for each session will now be given in a short written introduction, which you can read before joining the webcast. In the session itself, that month's teacher will guide you directly into the stretches, posture instructions, breathing exercises, and centering techniques that lead to meditation. Each session will be 45 to 60 minutes—all of it focused on preparing for and entering meditation.

All sessions are from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Participate online via live audio stream or audio webcast
You can participate online on any personal computer or electronic device with access to the internet, such as a smartphone or tablet. After the conclusion of the live audio stream, the event will become available as a webcast about one hour after the live audio stream concludes.
Live audio stream dates are: March 24, April 14, May 19, June 9, July 7, August 18, September 15.

Once you are registered online you can participate at no additional cost at the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Oakland if you provide proof of your online registration. Email your proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring a photocopy of your proof of payment to the Registration Department counter between 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on the morning of the event.
