Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga. A five-week Series.
Thursdays, November 7, 14, and 21, and December 5 and 12

This series of classes taught by ClaireMarie Holman, a Siddha Yoga hatha yoga teacher, will focus on how drawing our awareness to the breath supports the opening of the body. All poses are basic hatha yoga postures taught at a slow pace. Familiarity with hatha yoga practice is required. Each class will end with restorative poses. Props, including yoga mats, will be provided to support gentle and easeful movement.
