Introduction to Siddha Yoga Meditation

Meditation is one of the core spiritual practices on the Siddha Yoga path. Meditation brings out the joyful and positive qualities of the mind. Other benefits of meditation are peace and clarity of mind. Siddha Yoga meditation puts us in touch with the very core of who we are, our inner self.

This event, especially designed for those new to meditation, will introduce you to the practice of Siddha Yoga meditation. You will be guided through each aspect of Siddha Yoga meditation, including posture, breath, and mantra. After the event, there will be an opportunity to speak with experienced meditators if you have any questions.

Whether you are learning about meditation for the first time or you have an existing practice, this introductory event will help you establish or strengthen your regular meditation practice.
