Information you may find useful
Please see our Safety Protocol for Prevention of Respiratory Viruses (updated March, 2024).
You may meditate and have Bade Baba’s darshan for as long as you like during the open hours of the Bhagavan Nityananda Temple. Additionally, you are welcome to chant the Kundalini Stavaha, which is at noon.
You may come before Bhagavan Nityananda’s murti, as well as practice pradakshina, walking around Bhagavan’s murti. You may also choose to offer dakshina, a financial offering.
Children who can sit quietly are welcome at any of the scheduled times, accompanied by a parent or guardian. Family-friendly times for meditation in the Temple will be available following Siddha Yoga Satsangs for Families (more information to come about Siddha Yoga Satsangs for Family).
The temperature in the Temple is similar to the outside temperature, so dress accordingly for warmth. Bring blankets if you will need them to keep warm. As always for attendance at the Ashram, please dress modestly to respect the sacred atmosphere of the Ashram.
