Siddha Yoga Hatha Yoga. A five-week Series.
Thursdays, September 19 - October 17, 2019, 6:00 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
This series of classes taught by ClaireMarie Holman, a Siddha Yoga hatha yoga teacher, will focus on strengthening the legs to support standing and balance poses. All poses are basic hatha yoga postures taught at a slow pace. Familiarity with hatha yoga practice is required. Each class will end with restorative poses. Props, including yoga mats, will be provided to support gentle and easeful movement. You are also welcome to bring your own hatha yoga mat.
