Young people (ages 13-30) are invited to engage in the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation, chanting, meditation, seva, darshan, and dakshina. There will be time for reflection, journaling, hatha yoga, and discussion. Participants will also have opportunities to share their understanding and experience of receiving Gurumayi's Message with each other.
Please bring the following items:
a journal and pen or pencil
your meditation cushion or asana
