Seating will be available on chairs or on the ground. Please bring your own cushions.

A Welcome Orientation will take place at 5:30 p.m. for those new to the Siddha Yoga path. The orientation includes a brief introduction to the Siddha Yoga path and to the Siddha Yoga Ashram in Oakland.
