Blue Pearl Retreat Orientation: Friday, January 31, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
In the Blue Pearl Retreat, Siddha Yoga students will explore the divine vision of the Self in the form of the inner light. They also join in silent meditation walks, hatha yoga stretches, receive detailed instructions on breathing and posture, and learn sacred practices by which meditation becomes deep and powerful.
